Terms and Conditions

Roof Surgeon adheres to the Master Builders standards as well as SABS-approved supplier regulations, as it is to our benefit to supply our clients with quality workmanship. The correct applications will be applied, and the drying times for each individual procedure and weather conditions will be strictly ensured by a competent and skilled supervisor, who will be on site at all times during the project until its completion.

• Only the scope of work accepted is guaranteed.
• No call-out fee will be charged for repairs on jobs still under guarantee. However, if a lack of maintenance is the cause of a repair, a call-out fee will be charged. If work carried out is damaged due to a lack of maintenance, guarantees will be revoked.
• If a call-out is requested and the repair is not related to the job done (as per the job card), a call-out fee will be charged and a new quotation can be requested. If the new quotation is accepted, the call-out fee will be waived. If the repair needed is not roofing related, the client is responsible for the findings thereof.
• Note: guarantees are only valid if the client maintains the roof correctly.
• A deposit of 50% is due on acceptance of the order. The final 50% payment is due on completion.
• All materials remain the property of Roof Surgeon until full and final payment has been made on this agreement.
• A 20% surcharge applies to cancellations.
• If conditions of payment are not met, all discounts and guarantees given will be revoked, and the balance due on completion of the job will be treated as COD.
• All unforeseen materials, labour and repairs found during the stripping process that are not stated in our quotation will be charged for separately.
• Roof Surgeon reserves the right to cancel the agreement.
• Our quotation is valid for 14 days from the date of quote.
